About Me: I’m an U.S. Navy submarine veteran with extensive experience as a naval instructor. My technical background specializes in Electronic Surveillance Measures (ESM) BLQ-10 systems, Integrated Submarine Imaging System (ISIS) periscope systems, and Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR) communication systems. I'm passionate about training and helping U.S. Navy sailors. Experience: Imaging and Electronic Warfare Maintenance Training Representative- InDepth Engineering for Lockheed Martin Mar 2022 - Current Since joining InDepth Engineering as the Groton EMTR in March 2022 I have conducted over 573 ship visits and 522 Training Center/Squadron/Type commander and Regional Maintenance Center visits. During my visits, I have conducted 93 separate Training of Opportunities with over 212 sailors. I have conducted 10 Factory Maintenance Training (FMT) events with 82 sailors/repair activities, 3 Dockside Differences Training events with 15 sailors, 2 Dockside Differences Training (DRT) with 13 sailors and 2 Divisional training events with 9 sailors. I wrote the TI20 Factory Maintenance Training curriculum early on in my role as an I/EMTR. The course material was reviewed and approved by Operational Test and Evaluation Force (OPTEVFOR), which is the navy's sole independent Operational Test and Evaluation command. Over the course of my collective efforts, I've trained over 331 different personnel on various BLQ-10 and ISIS related topics.My direct efforts have assisted with identifying/recommending corrective actions for 30 maintenance/documentation deficiencies.
