Utilizing attention to detail to ensure that a soldier’s past assignment history was accurately presented on his or her Official Personal File according to Army regulation.Effectively managed a steady stream of work flow, but demonstrated the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet stringent deadlines while receiving a large amount of requests guaranteeing that the soldiers I served had their records properly updated in preparation for promotion boards critical to a soldier’s career progression.Fulfilled clerk responsibilities by helping local soldiers update their Emergency Contact Forms (DD93) and Servicemembers Group Life Insurance (SGLI). This process consisted of making sure that every person in the soldier’s immediate family was accounted for on the DD93, with accurate contact information, counseling soldiers on Army monetary beneficiary selections, and explaining the Army procedure of Designating a Person Authorized to Direct Disposition.Contributed to the US Cadet Command’s Cultural Understanding and Language Proficiency (CULP) Program by completing official Army Casualty Documents for Cadets who were activated under Army orders to travel to different countries. This consisted of the direct briefing of young adults the importance of the Army DD93, the life insurance benefits that are only available to members of the Armed Forces, and the official Army Notification Process.
