Travis leads an Infrastructure practice of water, wastewater, stormwater, and general civil engineering. His primary role is as the Municipal Services Practice Leader.Windsor is a fast growing company with three offices and nearly sixty employees located in Washington, Minnesota, Oregon, South Dakota, and Georgia. In addition to the civil infrastructure and water practice, Windsor also serves clients in nine states with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering both for buildings and multi-discipline design for public and private infrastructure such as pump stations and treatment facilities.

Travis worked at Kennedy Jenks for 23+ years where he provided planning, design, and construction management services to water, wastewater, and other clients. He was an officer of the company as a Vice President.He had national roles at KJ including 8 years on the Board of Directors, 4 years as the Executive Director of Operations, 6 years as the Audit Committee Chair, and 4 years as a Regional Manager for areas including much of the west coast, Hawaii, and Mountain/Midwestern states. Travis also had local roles such as group leader, officer manager, resident engineer, etc.Throughout this time Travis worked on projects in many capacities such as project manager, principal-in-charge, project engineer, etc. His most treasured projects were complex water and wastewater projects where he was able to see them through planning, design, permitting, and construction over a period of years.
