-Sensor Operator Subject Matter Expert instructed and attended an imagery analysis course instructing system knowledge and aircraft knowledge for future imagery analysis.- Utilized collaboration with supporting units to develop a cross-functional understanding of Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination techniques. To mold a better communication understanding between both analysis and aircrew lauded by Operations Chief and Branch Chief.- Co-collaborated with Collection managers to build a full picture knowledge of Senor Operator Duties to better perform in a Crew Resource Management philosophy.- Instructed advanced Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures, introducing highly advanced mission sets and developing imagery intelligence scenarios.- Developed mission planning scenarios incorporating advanced Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance techniques and advanced weapons employment. -Instructed Intelligence Collection process to aircrew members to further their knowledge of Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination procedures. Further expanding their understanding of the customer mission set.-Instructed and demonstrated advanced weapons tactics and procedures to meet kinetic intent. - Developed and instructed 20 new Sensor Operators accumulating 30 instructor hours, advancing all 20 Sensor Operators to mission-qualified status.-Detected, analyzed, and differentiated between valid and invalid targets using synthetic aperture radar, moving target indicator, electro-optical, low-light, and infrared full-motion video imagery, and other tracking systems.- Utilized critical analysis in quick identification and response to potential threats.-Organized pre-flight briefing and post-flight debriefing to establish mission accomplishments and potential procedural development; contributed to ongoing efforts to improve mission performance and aid in success rates

Project Managed Squadron Program led a 50-person team managing 500 Active Duty personnel decorations. Awarding promotion points for 250 enlisted members that we're promotion eligible. Developed a real-time tracker to show shortfalls saving many ten-person-hours and identifying limited factors affecting on-time squadron promotion.

Managed Air Force's most extensive travel management program. Provided deployment intelligence for 1,700 Active Duty personnel covering 5 Areas of Responsibilities. Ensuring on-time deployments and ensuring zero deployment discrepancies. Recommended travel immunizations from 1,700 Active Duty population, 2,000 Retired personnel, and 1,500 Cadet population. Maintaining oversight of each personnel's travel plans creating immunization recommendations based on each individual's travel plans.

Oversaw and monitored 1,700 deployment health medical requirements for 8 commands and 315 territories; main liaison for the distribution of information to 35 managers.- Led and mentored 2 personnel in the Direct Reporting Unit Deployment Health/ Travel and Medical Intelligence programs; resulting in safe transportation for 4,000 trainees and 1,500 personnel- Provided deploying personnel with medical intelligence briefs that included the threat of vector-borne disease and prevention; trained personnel on proper utilization of protective equipment and gear- Oversaw medical reintegration for re-deployment personnel by conducting post-deployment medical assessments and requirements; documented accurate information to ensure organizational compliance- Contributed to the efforts of the COVID-19 response team; identified infection trends and developed defense plans to minimize exposure and spread to personnel; resulted in zero closure or delays within the organization
