I believe it’s possible for everyone to thrive in business AND in life! My mission is to challenge, encourage, and equip people to make that possibility a reality! People typically ask, “What do you do?” I believe a more pertinent question is, “why” do you do what you do? I have a calling to challenge, encourage, and equip people to pursue the most fulfilling life possible. I love the context that the workplace creates to live out that calling! So I spend most of my time helping individuals and organizations transform from surviving to thriving. “How” do I do that? First, I love to take a compelling vision or goal and break it into executable strategies. Next, I identify and utilize the unique abilities each team member has and help them identify how they can employ those skills toward the tasks and projects necessary to accomplish the goal.Finally, I work to develop a rich unity and deep commitment among the team to accomplish our goal with excellence. The tasks and projects undertaken to accomplish our goal become avenues through which I can challenge, encourage, and equip others to experience what it means to do things with excellence so that, in turn, they can flourish. Consequently, for me, work isn’t merely a job - it’s a catalyst for teaching people how to live an abundant life! When I think about my career, the experience I gain, and the impact I get to have is the pay, my compensation is just part of the added benefits package.
