I have over 26 years of customer service experience with civilian and government entities. I am currently the Operations Manager for Satellite Shelters in Bismarck, ND. I manage the rental fleet operations for customers in ND, Western SD, and Eastern MT. I provide daily management of three yard technicians that perform repairs and installation of rental office trailers in the region. I also manage delivery scheduling and supply acquisition. Prior, I ran my own contracting company with a focus on commercial and residential repairs and installation. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Management with Criminal Justice emphasis and over 16 years of military and federal training experience. While employed with the Transportation Security Administration, my excellent prioritization, time management, and organization skills allowed me to successfully train over 170 personnel at eight geographically separated airports in North Dakota on a reoccurring basis, sometimes with little preparation time.My duties included security assessments at all eight airports, supervising training exercises with local police departments, and ensuring the screening staff could recognize and respond to threats at the airports. My training duties required me to communicate tactfully with directors and co-workers using my written and verbal communication skills. Using online, hands-on, and classroom training, I could train both new hires and long-term employees of various educational backgrounds to properly complete screening activities at all eight airports.While working as a Navy contractor, I enhanced the training provided to explosives technicians that were being deployed to a war environment.
