I help customers with their merchandise needs in our stores and checked them out at the register as well. Stock shelves and set up stores for the season.

I contacted various prospects through ticket sampling, promotions, lead information and networking with fans. I then set-up a face to face meeting in the arena on non game days and would give them a tour of our facilities well going over ticket options and getting to know them. I also had the option to invite them in for a game on me as a way to get to know them well going over our ticket options. I sold full,half,quarter and flex ticket packages to these prospects. On game days I also staffed will-call and sales tables during the games. I would also assisted with promotions as well as visited my guests during the game. I used Archtics ticketing system proficiently in our daily work!

I assisted with running and implementing pregame and in game promotions and fan zones! I filled in for them well i was also interning in corporate marketing.

I helped with game day promotions that we offered through our various sponsors. I also sold kids club memberships and tracked the memberships info as well. I would set-up, managed and assisted with the running of sponsorship events with ATI,Miller Brewing Company and Pepsi. On game days I gave VIP tours of the Stadium to various sponsors. I would also assist with tracking promotions and contest through data entry. I tracked radio sponsorship slots month by month! Everyday and game was different but it gave me a lot of leadership,management and event planning experience!

I assisted with running promotions during events around Milwaukee from Summer fest to State Fair. I would set-up different promotional games and pick contestants for the events as well!

During office hours I would track the usage of ticket vouchers and ticket promotions! I entered corporate ticket vouchers into an excel spread sheet to track the usage of them. I would also cold call families that had their children in Roscoe's Crew(kids club) and sell them ticket packages! A big part of my job was to be the first contact point for our fan base via incoming calls and through fans coming into our office. I would direct calls to the correct people as well as take inbound ticket inquires. I assisted with resolving ticket issues or exchange's and sold group and flex packages to our fan base! Game days I was in charge of setting up a portion of our Kids Cove or kids area! I would manage 3 to 8 employee's a game and sell Roscoe's Crew packages at the game as well! I would assist with other aspects of the game day as needed but mainly worked in the Kids Cove!

We put together games and activities at parks all around Milwaukee in hopes of getting parents and children interacting together through exercise and fun!

During my internship I worked directly with the schools head athletic director, associate athletic director and athletic facilities director. During the first part of the internship I worked soccer and volleyball matches as well as cross country meets. During soccer games I set up signage, ran the admissions and monitored the NCAA II pass list. Once the admissions table was shut down and put away I worked crowd control. Before and after each games I was in charge of set up and take down of home and away benches, marketing signage and cleaning the grounds. Our Ladies soccer team also qualified for the NCAA II National Championships and I worked the NCAA Round 2 games at UW-Parkside. Before the game we set up NCAA II National Championship banners and marketing signage in correlation with NCAA Division II. We also set up merchandise and ticket tables as well as home and away benches and make shift locker rooms. After the game I worked take down and crowd management. During Volleyball season I worked the scores table running music and the Daktronics video board putting together promotions and marketing. During Cross Country meets I set up concessions and admissions tables and then worked the admissions table the whole meet. The second part of my internship was working basketball games Indoor Track meets and wrestling meets. During basketball games I put together during game trivia and promotions as well as running music and the Daktronics video board putting together promotions and marketing. I also put in quality time making the marketing slides and bio's slide for players for all UW-Parkside Sports. During wrestling I did the same thing as basketball as well as ran intro music for each wrestler. During the Basketball season our ladies team made it to the GLVC Tournament and NCAA tournament. I worked the GLVC tournament round one which UW-Parkside hosted. I also worked the NCAA II GLVC Indoor Championships.

The third part of the above mentioned internship was putting together community outings and in correlation with the Head AD, and Head Softball and Baseball coach we put together the first annual UW-Parkside Softball and Baseball Community Kick-Off. It was a free to the public event to introduce the community and children to the teams well having a fun time and building a relationship with these kids and families that will last long into the future!

As a working crew we lined, dragged and maintained 12 to 15 baseball diamonds on a daily basis. We cut grass and landscaped around the grounds. We also maintained and kept inventory of baseball and football equipment that the organization was in charge of. We handed out and organized the equipment as well as cleaned and kept the equipment in a well maintained order. On our down time we would set up marketing signage for the leagues and call coaches to set up make up games. This organization provided 1000 kids yearly with the opportunity to play sports in an organized but affordable way.
