The company’s objective was to build, own and operate generation facilities located in the Texas/ERCOT market. Responsibilities included managing project execution (EPC); managing operations & maintenance; managing regulatory compliance (permitting); and developmental strategies. Completed two 100MW installations through COD and fully developed two additional 100MW sites.

Incorporating Low NOx technology on Utility and Large Industrial boilers, heaters, dryers, and other fossil fired equipment. Responsibilities include Project Sales, Implementation, Equipment Design, Installation and Optimization. Projects included Gas, Coal and Oil-fired burner modifications, Over Fire Air (OFA) systems and back end NOx control. Increased sales from $1.5M to $6M.
