I was responsible for managing the Sales (estimators) engineers and Design engineers.

Was the key person for the start up of a modular home facility located in Lakeland, GA.• Responsible for start up of modular manufacturing plant.• Purchased materials and maintained $750,000 inventory.• Head of Human Resources for satellite plant.• Worked with production team to maintain high efficiency and quality.• Responsible for scheduling and transportation.• Managed 40-50 production and office employees.• Contacted prospective builders and developed new accounts while maintaining established builder base.• Increased sales from zero to $8 million+ in first year as Operations Manager
