I believe the most crucial element of a successful business is the system which consists of well-defined operation procedures and a clear and neat organizational structure.Being passionate about business expansion, I always look for opportunities to learn and implement different tactics and strategies. I am a fast learner. I can quickly adapt to different environments.Having been in a diverse workplace, I have had the opportunities to lead and help my company expand its retail network in major cities in China. Throughout the whole process of retail business expansion, I have developed important skills such as negotiation, planning, sales forecasts, due diligence and frontline stores management. Ever since I lived in France, I have become a language lover and I embrace diversity. Getting more international exposure has always been one of my life objectives. To me, challenges represent opportunities to achieve more and grow stronger.
