If I had to quantify the cost savings Travis realized for the org during his time of leadership, it would easily be in the $15M - $20M+ range. His initiatives were high value, big payoff, and correctly prioritized where we should put our time and effort. We went through a CEO change and a large contingent within the company (myself included) were taken aback when he remained in his spot as Chief Operating Officer and was not the individual selected for the CEO role (an outside person was hired), as he was the most natural fit and the most capable employee in the org which at the time had ~400 employees. We also went through multiple restructures and I spent a significant amount of time with outside consultants talking them through our org and our people. I reiterated many times that Travis Harrison was the highest talent and biggest impact and most valuable employee the company had. I don't know the circumstances behind Travis no longer working at Younique, but I do know that in my role during restructures, I commonly had to pressure him to identify ways to reduce costs within the area of headcount. The final time I approached him on it, he indicated (firmly - wasn't simply bluster) he would let himself go before cutting another employee and impacting another family's life adversely. I think that tells you all you need to know about him. His teams and the people that worked with and for him would run through a brick wall for him because he would do the same for you. Truly one of the best and brightest people I've ever had the opportunity to work with."
