I help Wallace Engineering provide structural engineering services to a wide array of clients: architects, engineers, contractors, developers, governmental entities, industries and institutions. Building design ranges from multistory buildings and elaborate facade & cladding systems to single family residences.

· Apply structural engineering experience to design construct-able, efficient and cost conscious structures for clients.· Communicate designs to clients through clear and complete drawings, resulting in few RFI's.· Prepare formal easy to follow complete calculations as required for projects.· Actively work with contractors to resolve issues to complete projects during construction.· Manage and design projects from conceptual design phases through construction administration.· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, RISA 2D and 3D.· Proficiency with building codes: ASCE 7-05, IBC 2005, ACI 318-08 and AISC 360.· Experience in a variety of industries: residential, industrial, commercial, institutional and civil.· Experience designing with a variety of structural materials: steel, concrete, masonry, metal studs and timber.· Experience with a variety of project types: 1-4 story new structures, renovations to existing structures, foundations, highway bridge shoring design, metal stud shop drawing preparation, structural inspections, structural failure investigation, temporary wall shoring design, 3rd party reviews of other engineers work.
