Made first hand observations and gained hands-on experience in a campus environment as a student assistant and later as a student technician. Instruction and mentorship provided by two full-time, DELL certified University employees. Daily tasks included: diagnosing and repairing DELL Optiplex workstations, running, terminating, and testing CAT5 cabling, installing Cisco wireless access points, and maintaining the campus Hewlett-Packard (HP) printers.
