To prepare for a new industry and role I attended as a full-time student at University of Florida to achieve my BSBA, while also being a stay-at-home parent to a newborn.

My strategic approach significantly enhanced service delivery and cost efficiency through targeted contract negotiations and innovative procurement strategies.This newly established business unit integrated critical Supply Chain and Operations functions, encompassing: Contract Management, Procurement, Shipping & Receiving, Inventory, Laundry, Commissary, Policy Compliance, and Facility Management. This comprehensive overhaul not only improved operational effectiveness but also drove substantial cost savings and performance improvements.
