- Review contracts with vendors, customers, and shippers to mitigate liability for the company.- Maintain and update rating system to ensure proper charges appear for loads moved for our customers. - Maintain and update master record files of customers and vendors. - Review and complete RFI and RFQ documentation for initial setup of new customers and contract renewal of existing customers.- Maintain vendor relationship with 3rd party tracking via implementation of new customers, ongoing tracking/tracing freight movements, and back end reporting. - Provide monthly reports for customers showing metrics for on-time pickups/deliveries, cost breakdown of charges, and analytical data comparisons.
