Responsible for the management of the Quality Teams supporting the production of Airbags at the Autoliv Ogden Assembly facility and Airbags and Seatbelts at the Autoliv Ogden Service facility, which include over 200 unique production cells which include Molding and Paint operations, supplying all major automotive OEMs.• Led team of 80 launch and process quality engineers, customer relations personnel, product testing technicians, metrology, quality systems and document control personnel to meet Autoliv and customer requirements.• Trained approx. 40 team members in 8D Problem Solving skills with an emphasis on statistical analysis.• Mentored and trained launch and process quality engineers in product development and customer requirements including FMEA, Control Plan, and PPAP with 90% improvements in execution.• Developed over 15 annual department objectives and tracked progress toward those goals with 95% achievement.• Monitored product launch status to ensure 100% of targets and requirements were met to achieve successful product launch without major quality problems.• Executing over 75 Customer and Autoliv requirements.• Maintained ISO 9001:2015/IATF 16949 Automotive Quality System Certification required by OEMs: (International Automotive Task Force).• Led weekly management reviews of capital expenditures and program milestones.
