I advise middle-market companies, entrepreneurs, investors, and executives throughout the life cycle of a business, beginning with formation and continuing through financing, expanding, attracting and retaining talent, to ultimate sale. A significant portion of my practice involves international tax and cross-border transactions, as well as clients in special industries, such as nonprofit institutions, cryptocurrency, and cannabis.
