The Communications Manager has strategic responsibility for the Vice-Chancellor’s internal communications and operational responsibility for key university events managed by the Vice-Chancellor’s Office.

My responsibilities include: - Working in collaboration with the Marketing, Contact Centre, Product, Digital, Change, Risk, Consumer Banking and Wealth, and Legal teams to ensure communications for customer-facing teams are relevant, correct and fit for purpose - Developing, co-ordinating and managing end-to-end strategic and change internal communications projects and initiatives to employees in three consumer teams nationwide. - Ensuring all incident and crisis communications for the three customer-facing teams are delivered to employees in a relevant and timely and relevant manner, to ensure customer experience is not impacted - Advising key senior stakeholders, including the General Managers and their leadership teams, with robust communications advice to ensure key messages are on brand and avoids reputational risk.
