I coordinated all IT operations and personnel for the organization across a central hospital and multiple clinics while also directly reporting to the designated Chief Financial Officer. I also instituted technological improvements via long-term planning, assessment, and change management for all hospital and clinic IT projects. Rendered oversight for large-scale IT projects and implementations including hardware/software rollouts, replacements, new location design, and configurations. Moderated IT vendor relations, purchases, support, and reviews, as well as the successful application of systemwide/multidepartment solutions and software accommodations. Provided additional hardware and software support in direct collaboration with 40+ departments. ● Managed a multi-million dollar annual operating budget for IT and clinical support while also providing capital budgeting for new projects requiring resource estimations such as electronic health record systems, unified communications, archival solutions, and other various initiatives. ● Served as a member of the Upper Administration Review Team consisting of six senior members of the organization; also served as a member of the Safety Committee, Compliance Committee, Security Review Board, and various mid-level teams including the Department Heads, HIPAA Review Board, ICD-10 Integration Team, and HITECH Act Team.Lincoln County Medical Center (LCMC) merged with Mercy in 2015. I was tasked with updating all legacy hardware and software, as well as providing transitions and data migration. I also oversaw additional solutions across multiple locations throughout Lincoln and St. Charles Counties. In turn, I ensured comprehensive technical solutions and support for all legacy and current systems, data, and security resources while also managing all legacy vendor relations and reviews. I similarly contributed to ongoing technical project efforts by directly working with multiple CRMs and BSAs.

I provided hardware and software technical support while also directly interfacing with vendors to assist coworkers with individual needs. I also offered additional assistance with technical requirements for the orgainzation's hardware and software purchases. I similarily guided the application of IT security measures on behalf of all coworkers including oversight for relevant AD, files, and EMR user accounts.While employed in this role, I: ● Completed the successful rollout of Windows XP across the entire organization. ● Established uniformity across all hardware and software, with additional accountability for software and hardware reviews, the transitioning of software to a single solution across the organization, and the consolidation of hardware to fewer machine models to provide better technical support.

I provided comprehensive technical support and systems maintenance to all coworkers and students in the college's designated PC lab. In turn, I ensured optimal performance and productivity via assistance with software rollouts while also collaborating with the college's IT support staff on various projects.
