As a Freight Operations Supervisor, I supervise tonnage, load quality, on-time departures, payroll, and other administrative activities to accomplish daily operational goals and production targets. I also allocate linehaul drivers to various places and visit several terminals to resolve concerns. Besides, I am in charge of staff recruitment and manage a team of 200 employees by creating hourly staff schedules, evaluating their performance in real-time, and coordinating performance reviews.
