Mary Washington Health Alliance is a regional integrated provider network located throughout the Rappahannock region of Virginia, between Richmond and Washington, D.C., our doctors, hospitals and other medical facilities work to provide superior healthcare and value through an integrated partnership among patients, providers and community resources. We extend our appreciation to our community stakeholders in joining us in this effort to provide better, more accountable, more efficient patient care. Together, our efforts in the Alliance will help us achieve true clinical excellence and will provide us with the ability to evolve towards Clinical Integration. There really is no industry that has gone through as many changes in the last decade as the healthcare industry. I have been on the forefront of those changes. My ability and experience in building trusted partnerships with health systems, physicians, and insurance organizations have been instrumental in leading successful clinically integrated networks like the Mary Washington Health Alliance. I have a proven track record in successfully establishing and setting the strategic direction of integrated networks. I’m an accomplished business leader skilled in high stakes negotiation, conflict resolution resulting in collaborative managed care contracts, building innovative joint ventures, and working with health systems and payers to improve the quality and cost effectiveness of health care.
