My biggest and best shipping customers were BEGGING me to reduce their costs…then I begged Keith to help…and Keith and I co-founded Transportation Impact in 2008 with one simple goal: to use our several decades’ of knowledge and experience gained at UPS® to help shippers save money.With my background in both sales and operations and extensive industry knowledge, I have helped catalyze the strong growth and success of Transportation Impact. Under my direction, we developed proprietary software to improve client reporting and optimization capabilities, while maintaining the integrity of client data. This software has been a key factor in our growth — because it helps our clients to grow their companies by giving them quick, actionable reporting capabilities that help them make smarter, faster business decisions.In my 23 years at UPS®, I worked my way up from part-time unloader to Senior Account Manager, along the way attending numerous national schools and workshops to further my understanding and knowledge of the industry. During this time, I perfected the ability to implement streamlined processes and negotiate with remarkable effectiveness.I retired from this role in March 2020. Since then, my passion is to Serve others. I currently sit on the Board for Hope Is Alive. They provide long term sober living homes for men and women in need. We’ve started a Wellness Campus in our part of the County. Military Veterans, First Responders and their families seek an alternative treatment(s) for suicide prevention and reduction. This unique, but long proven, effective delivery of compressed air at a prescribed depth, reduces inflammation throughout the body but specifically attacks this indication in the brain. This “relief” eliminates the fog that so many Heroes suffer from. I’ve been on the Campbell Univ BoT for 6 years. Finishing a 2nd term. I’m an equity partner in Petty Garage in Randleman NC. I’m proud to brag that I have the most sensitive, loving, beautiful wife, 4 kids/in-laws and 4 grandkids lovingly eat up what time is left! Serial entrepreneur and philanthropist.
