PROPERTY SEARCH• Developed a system that allows taxpayers to search for public records information that county appraisal districts have about properties. • The property search system is used by 50+ county appraisal district clients in Texas and works with 6 different appraisal software packages and 3 different payment vendors. • Full stack development using ASP.NET MVC, EF6, jQuery, SQL Server.ONLINE PROTEST• Developed one of the first systems that allows taxpayers to protest their property values in Texas. • The online protest system is used by 50+ clients.• Full stack development using ASP.NET MVC, EF6, jQuery, SQL Server.BACKEND AUTOMATION• Built a backend job system using ScriptCS to run custom job scripts to update data for the Property Search and Online Protest systems as well as running internal jobs. • Utilized RabbitMQ for communication between coordinator service and individual machine worker services.INTERNAL ADMIN SITE• Developed an internal admin site with the following features: o Tools for keeping track of client informationo A GIS Work Items work flowo Support ticketing systemo Dashboards and Reports • This project utilizes ASP.NET MVC as an API and AngularJS on the frontend.CLIENT SERVICE• Built a Windows Service that could be installed on client machines and created a web API for it to report back to.• This service ran supporting jobs for both the GIS and IT teams, thus eliminating manual labor for those teams. CUSTOM UNIFIED CLIENT THEME• Worked collaboratively with a graphic designer to create a cohesive theme that could be used across all client applications.• Created custom WordPress theme to be used on all client websites.• Created custom theme NuGet package to ensure all client applications were updated properly.MISC. ITEMS• Developed a simple tax payment site used by clients in Georgia and Alabama.• Linux Machine Management: Setup and maintain a CloudLinux and cPanel machine to manage 150+ WordPress websites.

PREVIEW VERSION 3 (AKA PV3) – THE NEXT GEN CARD PREVIEW ENGINE• Worked with the team to develop a new card preview engine using Flash on the frontend and an XML API.• Worked on SQL database functions that output XML ready for PV3 and assisted in fixing small Flash\Flex issues.MISC. ITEMS• Worked with the team to apply a new design to the entire existing ASP.NET CardsDirect website• Worked on a team to apply two designs to an ASP.NET wedding site, each design was a different domain.• Wrote code to retrieve correct shipping costs for sales forecasts.• Maintained legacy code and added new features as needed

BRASS – THE INSURANCE QUOTING SYSTEM• Maintained numerous parts of the system including updating rate data and fixing bugs. • Created methods to automate tedious aspects of updating rates for the BRASS system. COPR 1.0 – AN ADMIN FOR BRASS DATA ENTRY• Worked with team lead in creating design specifications and worked with team to create new application functionality.• Implemented reporting system using SQL Server Reporting Services.
