I work independently to create, manage, and oversee projects. Initiated an upgrade to Office 365 Business Premium, implemented SharePoint to improve document storage and access, trained office staff for immediate deployment, documented important steps for repeatability, then optimized their Office 365 licenses to reduce cost. Furthermore, I worked closely with the President and CEO to develop KPI’s and am currently designing dashboards and reports to help managers and staff make important business decisions.
