In late 2022, after training and developing a team of agents suited for social media-based technical support, I was given leadership of the Social Media Technical Support Team. I worked with this team to better assist customers and created more articles and guides on products and policies while further developing the Social Media Team by preparing them for Tier 3 and beyond at Corsair. I worked with this team to better assist customers and created more articles and guides on products and policies while further developing the Social Media Team by preparing them for Tier 3 and beyond at Corsair.

In October 2020 I was given the opportunity to take ownership of the /r/Corsair subreddit and begin building the Corsair Technical Support Social Media experience. At this time I also became the Corsair Cooling and AIO Specialist in the Tier 3 team. I created many articles and guides on varying Corsair products for both internal and public-facing use.In 2021 I began training Tier 3 and Tier 1 agents on Social Media, including Twitter, Facebook, and Reddit. Established policies and procedures on how to handle different tasks, and situations.

In October of 2019, I was brought on to the Moderator team of the Official /r/Corsair Subreddit on Reddit. I was able to engage in the community building trust and faith in the Corsair brand through competent and timely responses to customer issues and concerns. Among my accomplishments were establishing better community guidelines, developing a better system for submitting support requests, and even completing the Light and Dark style layouts for http://old.reddit.com/r/corsair.
