Manage Dero’s growing collection of regional, national and international dealers. Communicate product line features and benefits to a wide variety of audiences and distribution networks. Develop and maintain training information and presentations to be used in the office, in the field, and via webinars. Understanding and reading the market to ensure that Dero is not only an industry leader but also a trustworthy resource. Attend and assist with tradeshows and the training of inside sales. Working closely with marketing, engineering and operations to make certain that the client has everything they need. Provide a calm demeanor when things are at their most hectic.

Respond promptly to sales and product inquires via phone or email. Work with architects, governments and universities to develop bicycle rack and shelter solutions. Prepare thorough CAD layouts for new construction and retrofitting existing site conditions. Follow-up with customers regarding projects and quotes to ensure an open communication channel. Assist and train our Bay Area regional office and inside sales reps. Work with production to create new custom racks. In depth knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and Dynamics.
