I help people avoid eviction and homelessness through the COVID Emergency Rental Assistance (CERA) program. Working with program recipients, landlords, and multiple agencies, I provide assistance throughout the life cycle of the application and disbursement process. Services include explaining the process to clients and other parties; locating, collecting, storing and tracking necessary case documentation; calculating payout amounts, and more.
