CurrentI originate debt and equity capital for refinances and acquisitions of commercial and multifamily real estate. I specialize in cash-flowing investment property, but also have capital sources for construction or value-add transactions. With our former mortgage company being acquired by Northmarq in late 2019, we now represent every major life insurance company lender, and now have our own licenses to originate Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD loans on multifamily properties. I have closed loans on all the major property types in my 21-year career as a mortgage banker, including multifamily, hospitality, office, industrial, single and multi-tenant retail, self-storage, and more. In addition to our core business of originating loans for life companies, agencies (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/HUD), and CMBS/conduit lenders, we also originate loans for banks, credit unions, private capital sources, credit tenant lenders, and debt funds.
