I build and maintain the reputation of Citizens in the Northern New England market through recommending charitable contributions, philanthropic initiatives, event sponsorships, and community outreach activities. Managing a portfolio of community partnerships, I strategically leverage community media to raise the profile of the bank's philanthropic activities. I also manage the signature Champions in Action initiative in MA and NH.

Working with the Development and Communications Manager, I developed and executed the strategic communications plan for the Boston PIC. I served as an internal communications consultant, graphic designer, lead content creator, social media expert, and digital strategist. During my tenure I drove significant organic audience growth across Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, redesigned a variety of marketing collateral, and introduced new forms of content to tell the organization's story. I built strong relationships with senior leaders to ensure that each program's marketing goals were met and in alignment with the larger organizational communications strategy.

Working closely with the CEO and Senior Vice President, I developed and executed College Bound's communications strategy. This included leading a refresh of the website, serving as the point of contact for external PR consultants, managing the production of the 2015 annual report, and owning promotion of all events. Successfully secured a number of awards on behalf of College Bound and leadership, including a Rosoff 20/20 Award and a Sapphire Award.
