The VP of Communication and Publicity is responsible for and shall oversee the timely, appropriate and accurate dissemination and collection of information from and to the Chapter membership as well as to identified external communities and individuals.Responsible for the development of communication and publicity chapter activities including:- Increasing awareness of Chapter via internal and external communication- Plan, create and distribute Chapter Newsletter- Increase collaboration and information exchange between all parties- Enhance visibility to membership and companies which will lead to growing volunteer base- Communicate value of PM expertise to businesses and organizations to promote project management and member opportunities.- Support the Chapter’s annual Business Plan through overall stewardshipof the Communications portfolio and its performance.- Develop annual Communication Plan.- Communicate products and services to the Chapter membership.- Liaise with advertisers.- Provide monthly, periodic, and annual reporting on relevant topics.- Attend Leadership Institute Meetings (otherwise known as LIM)- Help welcome chapter members at monthly events

Oversee quality control inspectors daily. Help maintain a 98% or above quality production percentage. Helping build the STP culture and creating a better work environment.

Inspected RV chassis to quality blueprints. Maintained high quality for customer product line and raised morale of team with leadership skills. I was offered opportunity to build multiple teams due to consistent performance and leadership abilities.

I worked in Powder Coat department and received many opportunities during tenure. Certified in 6S and LP9000 for company implementation. Helped maintain 3rd shift quality and production numbers to be highest rated overall in plant. Offered opportunity to supervise my own department for a customer project that my team led the way in output and quality.
