First, I am proud to be a husband and father. I’m reminded each day of the quote from the Dalai Lama, “If you want to change the world, first try to improve and bring about change within yourself. That will help change your family. From there it just gets bigger and bigger.“ I’ve had the opportunity to work in organizational leadership and digital strategy for over 15 years in nonprofits, corporations, and startups. I’ve provided coaching, consulting and leadership to executives and teams, delivering results and maintaining client confidentiality. My career has taken me to the edge of the Gobi desert with the Peace Corps where I met the love of my life, to the snowy small towns of Vermont as a graduate student and then a graduate professor. I now live in the Shenandoah Valley where I work from home and help raise our wonderful son.
