During my 11+ years, I worked on both the Enterprise Network for West, and the carrier network for HyperCube. • Troubleshot and fixed call completion issues on our Enterprise and Carrier Network (West Telecom Services formerly Hypercube). Retrieve CDR’s and trace live calls to isolate fault and re-routed traffic when necessary • Designed and Built Call Routing for Enterprise customers and Carriers in the Ribbon (formerly Sonus) PSX. • Work with North American, EMEA and APAC carriers to turn-up Inbound and Outbound Traffic on Intrado’s Ribbon PSX. Built Numbering Plans and manipulate digit strings in the PSX to accommodate carrier requirements for call completion. • Built IXC and FGD Trunk Groups in the Ribbon GSX and Signaling in the Ribbon SGX.• Daily PSX adds, deletes, and changes to Phone Numbers to route enterprise and carrier traffic accordingly. • Served as part of an On-Call rotation for the West Translations Team responding to incident pages to troubleshoot, isolate call completion issues or re-route traffic due to outages. • Submitted change orders and perform changes to live traffic during scheduled maintenance windows. • Performed DS3 hot-cuts with IXC Carriers ( AT&T and Verizon ) moving/migrating, and turning up new DS3’s on our network.
