    Through the Michigan State Interdisciplinary Training in Education and Social Science (MITTENSS) Fellowship, I support the design and execution of research studies. I am currently working on two projects. The first is with the Aspire Alliance—a national network designed to increase the learning, persistence, and completion of students from underrepresented groups in STEM fields—under the supervision of Drs. Leslie D. Gonzalez (Michigan State University) and Kimberly Griffin (University of Maryland, College Park). The second project is an analysis of how student affairs practitioners at institutions within the University Innovation Alliance (UIA) use and understand student data under the guidance of Dr. Kris Renn.
