Provide technical services for crushing facility, two valley fill heap leaches with associated ADR processing facilities, and a high grade concentrator. Oversee all metal production budgeting and forecasting, as well as budgeting of operating costs.

Leading Metallurgical and Laboratory Department, and provide technical services for two crushing facilities totaling 50,000 stpd, three heap leaches, and the Merrill Crowe processing facility. Processing area owner of $200M POA 11 expansion. Overseeing third party development of new 300 MTon Heap Leach Pad, 13,750 gpm Merrill Crowe processing facility, and 60,000 stpd crushing facility. Filling in as Process Superintendent on as needed basis.

Oversee Metallurgical and Laboratory Department, and provide technical services for two crushing facilities totaling 50,000 tpd, 3 heap leaches, and the Merrill Crowe processing facility.Led HPGR metallurgical development including both third party and in-house test work and verification leading to an increase in the operation NAV from $280M to $609M.Developed and implemented data initiatives such as a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and FactoryTalk Historian to eliminate 80% of processing hand entered data.Use of GoldSim Modeling software for dynamic heap leach modeling.Filling in as Process Superintendent on as needed basis.
