This system was amongst the first to be accredited to use secure web services, was the first NNSA wide enterprise system for federal use, and was the basis for obtaining ISO 9001 certification at the Y-12 Site Office.- Developed the ORION system for issues management at Oak Ridge Operations (ORO). This system automated federal oversight processes, automated metrics for the ORO "War Room" meeting, and supported distributed personnel across multiple sites (ETTP, ORNL, Paducah, Portsmouth, and others.)- Developed the most advanced federal IT application (Pegasus) using a N-tiered .NET application. This included an interactive web front end, complex business logic that automated over 10 major processes, a dynamic theming system to allow customization of the end user experience, a SQL Server backend, and an ad-hoc reporting system for real-time data analysis.
