- Employee Benefits Financial Manager / Employer Consultant specializing in self-funded plan arrangements (also manages fully-insured plans). Managing a diverse book of approximately 15 - 20 clients, each ranging in size from ~100 - 6,000 employee lives. - My book-of-business includes multiple major-league athletic teams, hospitals, municipalities, large financial firms, large restaurant franchise conglomerates, breweries, hospitality, not-for-profit organizations, and many others. If it is related to employee benefits & financials, I have likely done it!- Meet with clients via video calls, or in-person on a quarterly basis (minimum) to review/discuss relevant/timely topics: plan performance, budget, budget projection, RFP results, plan changes, rate setting, employee contributions, etc.- Work alongside the account service team to insure appropriate coordination of meetings & deliverables

- Responsible for coordinating client service, meetings, and deliverables for a dedicated book of clients. Clients ranged in size from 100-6,000 employee lives. - Daily responsibilities ranged from coordinating insurance carrier coverage & satisfactions; meeting and communicating various topics with clients; comparing carrier proposals through a request for proposals (RFP) process, identifying, analyzing, and recommending plan design/program changes; coordinating & attending client wellness fairs; assisting the sales team with prospective client decks; and many additional items that culminated in assuring client satisfaction.- Worked alongside more tenured account managers and account executives.

- Completed a cap-stone internship project with my fellow interns where we worked as a team to present a mock client-facing presentation to the area president and ~50 employees at HUB International. My role on the team was to aggregate and analyzed raw data to compile and propose a new stop-loss risk mitigation plan for the client.- Supported the Employee Benefits, Property & Casualty, and Programs departments through the completion of a diverse array of team and individual analytical and research based projects.- Assisted in the management of client accounts.- Assisted in the creation & implementation of internal work-efficiency tools & templates.
