As the lead of our FlyOutGroup, I organize and run social events and flying trips to bring pilots across California together on weekends.

In addition, I led the staffing and tour planning for our seven large-scale events each year, where our campus was opened up to a large number of visitors. Finally, I served as one of the initial points of contact for campus visitors, where I am available to answer their questions in-person, or by phone and email.

A major part of my role was keeping our agreement management tool updated by observing the status of agreements and identifying contracts that needed action.

I helped coordinate the cleaning and delivery services for our 700+ homes in the London metropolitan area, while also ensuring that our greeters were checking-in guests at the correct time. In addition, I created a program for our team that pulled real-time data from Google Maps, which enabled staff members to see which route between homes was the fastest, saving them time from manually checking each route. I also updated our training manuals, allowing new hires to better understand our operational processes in both visual and written formats.
