Curate unique and tailored training to a variety of clients learning to fly in the Bay Area. Lessons range from initial certifications, instrument flying, proficiency training, and more. Using a structured syllabus to track pilot progress, I strive to make each session educational and dynamic, while prioritizing safety and risk-management.

As part of VMware's Responsible Sourcing Team, I helped guide initiatives to increase the ESG-focused performance of our strategic and critical suppliers. Some of the areas I delivered on:- Grew supplier participation to complete an annual ESG assessment through EcoVadis- Collaborated with leadership on engaging critical suppliers on the process and value of implementing Science-Based Targets- Drive awareness and education of our program's initiatives with VMware employees, Sourcing Managers, and our suppliers through various mediums (webinars, training, marketing materials, etc.)Additionally, I also completed operational projects for our Sourcing and Operations team, such as:- Revitalized our internal sourcing website to make it more user-friendly and foster self-service- Centralized our Sourcing documentation and templates in one area, reducing lost files and saving time- Created sourcing videos to share tips, success stories, and innovations to help inspire and showcase our team

Remotely manage all aspects of the Flight Center's marketing reach. I develop marketing promotions, advertisements, and press releases to inform our stakeholders of what is going on in our business. In addition, I lead the project of curating content for our new Flight Center website, which works to convey information and the feeling of SCFC to users. I also coordinate our social media channels to bring content directly from SCFC to viewers' screens. As the lead of our FlyOutGroup, I organize and run social events and flying trips to bring pilots across California together on weekends.

Created and developed marketing materials for promotional events or information. Managed our Facebook and Instagram platforms, and helped create engaging content to highlight interesting or upcoming events that occurred at the Flight Center. Collaborated on conference and event development, primarily with outreaching to potential speakers and sponsors. Promoted our company's values of "Safety, Community, and Adventure" in all aspects of my position.

Collaborating with the owner, I planned two aviation conferences, where I developed email and print advertisements, provided ideas and designs for promotional items, and prepared event logistics. I also initialized the process for rebranding an event that did not get the initial reception I wanted, and rebuilt it into something new.

In collaboration with three other student leaders in Puget Sound's Office of Admission, I selected and managed a group of 60 student tour guides and overnight hosts, with duties like leading training meetings, staff scheduling, and fostering a positive workplace environment. I was also responsible for over 5000 prospective student and family appointment requests, annually, with campus partners such as coaches, faculty members, admission counselors, and other University employees. In addition, I led the staffing and tour planning for our seven large-scale events each year, where our campus was opened up to a large number of visitors. Finally, I served as one of the initial points of contact for campus visitors, where I am available to answer their questions in-person, or by phone and email.

Contact alumni from my University to ask about their experiences, inform them of upcoming events that they may be interested in, and ask them to contribute to our Puget Sound Fund in order to provide more students opportunities to attend the school. Learned how to communicate succinctly over the phone, and basic interpersonal sales skills.

I connected with prospective students and their families, guiding them around campus, and informing them about what it is like to be a current student at the University, in order to give them a chance to envision themselves here.

I communicated what it was like to be a first-year student at the University by showing my dormitory to campus tours, as well as called prospective students to inform them of admission events in their area, and get their questions answered.

I acted as a program manager in VMware's software licensing group, where I ensured the correct legal documents and agreements were handled between VMware's sourcing team and our partners, all while complying with global privacy laws. A major part of my role was keeping our agreement management tool updated by observing the status of agreements and identifying contracts that needed action.

I helped coordinate the cleaning and delivery services for our 700+ homes in the London metropolitan area, while also ensuring that our greeters were checking-in guests at the correct time. In addition, I created a program for our team that pulled real-time data from Google Maps, which enabled staff members to see which route between homes was the fastest, saving them time from manually checking each route. I also updated our training manuals, allowing new hires to better understand our operational processes in both visual and written formats.

Handling customer and staff requests, I scheduled flight lessons, aerial tours, and aircraft reservations in a fast-paced environment. I consulted with potential clients on the process of becoming a pilot, which caused me to conceptualize and create a guide on the process of becoming a pilot through our school.
