My purpose is to thrive, to live an exemplary, extraordinary life, a multi-faceted blend of faith, art, business, pleasure and love; while giving generously, surrounded by family.As a leader of an established family enterprise, I literally live and breathe family business. We have between twenty-two and twenty-five family members working in our business at any given time, in addition to the twenty-five to thirty non-family employees. My vision to to serve my family/the shareholders, striving to exceed stated goals and realize unspoken dreams. My mission is to lead the development and execution of our company's long-term strategy; to create shareholder value; to build up the team and foster a positive corporate culture.
