I hold a Post-Production Support & Technology Training Specialist role, providing critical post-implementation software support and training for hundreds of fixed income portfolio managers, analysts, traders, and investment operations teams worldwide in order to facilitate software deployments, conversions, and upgrades. I identify and resolve software issues, ensure systems are configured to meet the needs of end users, and conduct comprehensive methodology, workflow, and best practices training for end users. I also work with users and technical teams to document and implement improvements, and with engineering and information security teams on rollouts. I support proprietary and off-the-shelf tools, manage 12-13 major projects per year, and lead project teams comprising engineers, budget and training specialists, information security specialists, and others as needed.Selected Accomplishments:• Produced dramatic cost savings by introducing a virtual desktop infrastructure environment.• Directed a comprehensive training initiative to facilitate the conversion from in-house systems to BlackRock Aladdin software. I organized and carried out customer relationship management (CRM) application training for staff and financial advisors. As part of my role, I led training seminars and managed the recruiting and training of assistant trainers.
