Running a small business of 25 team members enabled him to develop skills in all business operations (Leadership, Management, Marketing, Sales, Budgeting/Financials). Xlcon was sold in 2022 to ERGOS. Travis stayed on for 6 months to assist in performing a smooth client transition. Travis grew up in metro-Phoenix, AZ, attended University of Arizona earning a degree in Managerial Information Systems / Operations Management as well as earning a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University. Travis enjoys outdoor activities (golf, hiking, etc) and spending time with his friends and family.
