While waiting for my MBA to start at the Moore School of Business USC, I decided to open a small woodworking shop with my wife. We started making large game boards and moved up to furniture, shelving and even countertops.

- Implemented a social media marketing strategy which resulted in a 50% increase in reach, impressions, page visits, follows, and likes which is expected to produce an increase in quality adoption applicants- Led a process improvement small team of five people which evaluated the adoption program and recommended changes resulting in improvements to multiple programs- Tirelessly reviewed the adoption application resulting in multiple improvements and implementation. Through virtual meetings, we brainstormed the question “what does a dog mean to you?” which has very much helped us vet qualified applicants

I learned how to lead here. Started as a target setter. Learned to be a range officer by age 10 and ran 2 individual teams as well as 2 teams of 2+I ran the show from calling the line safe (and ensuring it was) to calling the target setters out to reset targets and ensuring my teams were safe before I opened the range back up.I was under adult supervision but I never needed any assistance.This is where I cut my teeth at leading, from a child who was barley self aware well into my adult years.
