At Tenderly, I helped to pave the way for web3 developers who want an enjoyable, frictionless experience for building secure, scalable products using the best test-driven, integrated development environment. Wrote tutorials, blog articles, and code samples to help developers use our EVM-based, simulated network environment. Created a funnel-baed educational content delivery plan for new developers at Tenderly. Managed documentation updates and helped improve search. Worked to develop relationships that enhanced company reach and influence. Provided insight for a new web3 ambassador program and provided critical marketing support.

At Nervos, I created SEO-based educational content, developer acquisition funnels, and a 23-page comprehensive marketing strategy using market-based research. I also helped identify documentation needs, suggested improvements, tested community-built software, and collaborated successfully with others. Led a cross-functional team to identify Nervos target developer audience, created customer journey maps, and found suitable automated, hyper-relevant educational “funnels” to drive developer acquisition.

At App Bros Designs, I led the sales and marketing of the Natural Living App. I did everything from lead generation to closing deals and maintaining relationships. The Natural Living app featured experts in health and wellness (doctors, chiropractors, ayurvedic practitioners, acupuncturists, etc.) to join our community-based app platform. In addition, I handled designing sales funnels, technical support, database management, event management, post-video production, and decisions on marketing tactics and strategy. I hosted four live events in San Diego, Phoenix, Miami, and Los Angeles, then later marketed, produced, and ultimately live-streamed the talks to our community on multiple channels.During this time I co-led, marketed and sold a high-ticket business retreat for coaches, authors, speakers and entrepreneurs to Costa Rica.

At OnFire Marketing, I facilitated webinars and in-person workshops and provided consulting for authors, speakers, writers, and coaches on sales funnels and marketing automation. I have been called on to be a speaker and presenter by local businesses. I was also an international keynote speaker and have hosted three online video tele-summits, which featured sixty-three thought leaders. Selected to speak on stage after a very successful lead generation campaign. Created a digital marketing strategy and over 100 targeted SEO blog articles for The Teggatz Clinic, a leading functional medicine and acupuncture clinic in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Created business partnerships and collaborative events to boost sales.Designed funnels and automation for personal growth coaches, including creating E-Books (see media attachment) as lead magnets.

In this role, I collaborated as part of a cross-functional team in order to provide real-time, safety-critical, embedded avionics software. I communicated with stakeholders by developing white papers, design documents, flow charts, diagrams, and other project-related documentation. I also wrote requirements, test cases, and test procedures using primarily the Python language, to produce software for a variety of domestic and international customers. I also had the honor of performing as a liaison for our systems engineering counter-part at the India Design Center Team.

At MAX10 Bodyshaping, I got to delve deep into what it means to create change in others. Not only did I work one-on-one, and in groups, I learned all phases of business development. At MAX10, I created standard operating procedures, formalized business structure, and coached and trained 2 managers, 60+ instructors, 200+ coaches, and 1000+ clients across multiple geographic locations. I loved facilitating promotional events, cooking demos, grocery store tours, instructor training, and promotional speaking engagements to increase sales. In addition to the core business (my 10-week fitness kickboxing, resistance training, and nutrition program), during this time I also did the following:- Created a successful Taekwondo program and received my 3rd Degree Blackbelt. - Created a Muay Thai Kickboxing program for adults.- Created a kid's kickboxing program.- Created a 21-day raw food cleansing program including marketing, program manual, and coaching.- Started a gardening business called "My City Farmer" and grew food for residential and businesses like US Cellular.- Received my massage certification and practiced as a Licensed Massage Therapist for one year.- Completed a 200-hour certified yoga training- Created a one-on-one training program and served my clients with excellence.- Created an outdoor fitness boot camp. - Developed an online health coaching platform and sold coaching 6 and 12-month VIP packages. Isagenix, a world leader in nutrition, has awarded me "Rising Star" status for my sales performance and "executive" status.

At Collins Aerospace, I collaborated in small teams to provide high-quality avionics software to a variety of customers. I received great experience in using the Agile development methodology. I performed as a functional team leader and collaborated with international teams in the U.K., Germany, and India. I especially enjoyed connecting people together, working as a team for a common goal, and integrating the various disciplines in software development. I used such software technologies as Java, OpenEdge, DOORS, Confluence, Python, Eclipse, Subversion, and many other engineering-related support tools.
