Travis Robinson (he/him/his) is a multi-hyphenate leader that focuses on expanding access to opportunity within multicultural communities. He currently serves in-house as Director, Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) People & Culture at Disney Entertainment - Studio for Marvel Entertainment, 20th Century Studios, Searchlight Pictures, Disney Live Action, Disney Music Group, Disney Studios Marketing, Disney Studios Crew Experience, Disney Theatrical Group, and Disney Studios Centers of Excellence (overhead groups). Travis also is Founder of People, Brand & Culture strategy agency, ONEDER Co., and real estate development company, Zeal Culture. Prior to his current in-house role, he served as Senior Director, Global Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and Social Impact at Airtable. He also was Senior Director, Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at Spotify,. He previously served as Vice President, Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at Universal Music Group - the first for any major label music company. While at Universal Music Group, he also served as co-chair of the Internal/Institutional Change committee for the Task Force for Meaningful Change. Prior to joining Universal Music Group, Mr. Robinson was Head of Global Diversity Recruiting & Americas Campus Programs at Spotify. He has also served in similar roles in diversity & inclusion and human capital at other industry leading, multinational brands such as: J.P. Morgan, Federal Reserve System, and W Hotels. In his community and economic impact work, he is involved in advocacy and change work for equity with underrepresented communities. Outside of his institutional/corporate executive roles, he focuses his efforts on advising, coaching and consulting in various capacities for growth organizations. He is a board of director for the LOVELOUD foundation; an advisory board member for We The Project, The Hello Group, ADCOLOR; and an accredited member of The Gaingels Network. Travis graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from Lee University, holds a master's degree from The George Washington University in strategic public relations, through The Graduate School of Political Management, Certification in Executive Coaching & Mentoring from The Management & Strategy Institute, and Real Estate Salesperson from the California Department of Real Estate.
