I am an exceptionally talented IT and Cyber Security professional, leader, teacher, mentor, and friend. I am a retired Chief Warrant Officer Five with 26 years of active duty service in the U.S. Army, recently began military transition. I have earned multiple degrees and certifications through hard work and challenging myself through learning so I can be a model and mentor to help others realize their full potential. Most importantly I am a leader, a manager, a team member, a teacher/trainer, mentor, and friend that can be counted on in any situation or task. My destination has been determined by not setting limits to what I can achieve. My initial dreams were to have a career as a professional drummer or baseball player. Nowhere in that vision was education or the military. To look at what I have accomplished has been beyond those dreams. Through self-reflection, mentorship, networking, and taking a limitless approach to what I can do is "My How".I have consistently demonstrated career success within the Cyber Security and Information Technology community at all levels. The confidence and belief in myself has taken me to be an executive communicator directly supporting senior leaders of our nation.I am excited to take on new challenges bringing strong experience to organizations that need expertise in creating a strong cyber security posture, protecting their infrastructure, maintaining compliance, identifying talent, improving customer support, innovative thinking, and building efficiencies.
