I am a healthcare executive with over eight years of experience in leading and transforming healthcare delivery at large and complex organizations. Currently, I am the Regional Executive Director of Staffing System Strategy for Northern California at Kaiser Permanente, one of the nation's largest and most innovative healthcare organizations.In this role, I provide strategic leadership to develop, implement, and operate the systems and processes to improve, optimize, and align scheduling and staffing for all hourly employees, using analytics, machine learning, and AI. I work collaboratively with staff, unions, and both hospital and system leaders to achieve organizational vision and goals, while transforming processes with limited resources, building high-functioning teams, and improving quality of care. My mission is to care for the caregivers, improve access for patients and physicians, and create an improved work/life balance for patient care staff. I hold a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
