Lead teams in a variety of highly visible projects including the launch of three software systems (AMOS, PLUS, WOS), Ontario open house, New Jersey consolidation / relocation, & the launching of our Connecticut distribution center. Created a scorecard metric to fairly and objectively rate the performance of each distribution center. Managed capital purchase accounts for all 8 facilities in excess of 3 million dollars in 2014 and 5 million dollars in 2015 encompassing the purchase of all equipment, exterior / interior branding, fencing, location labeling, hardware / software installations, and 5 racking improvement projects. Responsible for coordination of new model and post-production inventory planning between AIPDN and Isuzu Motors Limited. Utilized strategic planning to maintain optimum inventory levels of service parts and accessories to satisfy dealer body demands for all sales entities. Responsible for achieving target service level to customers while maintaining optimum inventory levels and reducing lead-times. Created and automated numerous daily reports to help our team manage inventory levels and decrease backorders through SAS and excel reports such as the top 20 daily report and the mac code report. Responsible for maintaining purchasing and monitoring inventory levels of all high value parts including engines and transmissions.
