With a people-centered approach, HFW supports leaders at companies between 20-200 people by helping them develop their interpersonal and decision-making skills, discover new perspectives and practices, and build more engaged, resourceful, and successful teams.As a facilitator of the Interpersonal Dynamics class at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, I focus on the relationship-building side of organizational coaching and specialize in co-founder conflict. However, my background in engineering, operations, sales, and customer support also helps me provide a comprehensive assessment of different business circumstances to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and growth.I am also the co-author of "Lead Together: The Bold, Brave, Intentional Path to Scaling Your Business."
