I am an author, teacher, coach, and co-founder at Human First Works, an organization that helps purpose-driven founders and their teams overcome challenges, create fulfilling workplaces, and make the world a better place as they scale their businesses. With a people-centered approach, HFW supports leaders at companies between 20-200 people by helping them develop their interpersonal and decision-making skills, discover new perspectives and practices, and build more engaged, resourceful, and successful teams.As a facilitator of the Interpersonal Dynamics class at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, I focus on the relationship-building side of organizational coaching and specialize in co-founder conflict. However, my background in engineering, operations, sales, and customer support also helps me provide a comprehensive assessment of different business circumstances to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and growth.I am also the co-author of "Lead Together: The Bold, Brave, Intentional Path to Scaling Your Business." In this book, we explore what it means to be a leader, the emergence of more dynamic organizational paradigms, and the benefits of choosing peer-based relationships and meaningful work over profit and rapid growth.Vision:The more I interview, mentor, and collaborate with purpose-driven founders and leaders, the clearer it becomes: when we put people first, our organizations thrive.I want to help people experience what it's like to come together in a project, trust their teams, and feel whole as they engage in meaningful work that solves the world's problems.Mission:As an organizational coach, my mission is to support purpose-driven founders and their teams in their never-ending quest for discovery and self-betterment.
