With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, I am a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering value to my clients and partners. I have a proven track record of managing complex portfolios, leading teams, and mitigating risks across various asset classes and markets. As a Managing Partner at Churchill, I oversee the origination, underwriting, and execution of real estate debt and equity investments, as well as the strategic direction and growth of the firm.Prior to joining Churchill, I was the head of U.S. Portfolio Management at Man Global Private Markets, where I managed nearly $2 billion of real estate investments for institutional investors. I was responsible for the portfolio and risk management of U.S. real estate debt and equity strategies, including performing and non-performing loans, single-family rentals, and value-add and opportunistic equity. I leveraged my skills in SAS programming, credit risk analysis, and leadership to optimize the performance and returns of the portfolio, as well as to identify and pursue new opportunities and markets. I also partnered with internal and external stakeholders, such as asset managers, lenders, servicers, and regulators, to ensure compliance and alignment of interests.
