I work at the various campuses of CCAC doing a variety of jobs. Installation of hardware and software, virus/anti-virus work, support solutions for end users with various needs. I also help with project management on the campus for IT needs.I also do training videos that we call "tech-torials" on a wide variety of subjects. Recently, I have been asked to.

Fielded calls from students, faculty and staff pertaining to services provided by CCAC. This included general computer items, email, online class support and general college functions. I also was involved in creating video tutorials to help users on the network with different program functions and learn new skills.

I worked as phone support for the field sales and remote locations for Kennametal. This included level 2 software, hardware and networking issues, as well as installations and upgrades.

I was Level 3 support for the North American field sales group. I supported the users with hardware and software questions. Hardware support was done in house, replaced and upgrade the Dell laptops the field sales team had. Software support was done using the phone and TeamViewer if the required support needed hands-on.

• Lead Help Desk for approx. 300 end users supporting operating system, Microsoft Office product, and other applications and hardware concerns.
• Install and maintain hardware and software for 100 Dell and IBM workstations with Windows XP OS.
• Maintain the school’s intranet site that provides information for students and support staff. This was done using Microsoft FrontPage 2000 and straight HTML coding.
• Work with Active Directory issues such as: logon failures, account lockouts, network connectivity, authentication problems, folder and printer permissions, perform monthly checks, user clean-up and template creation on.
• Help maintain HP Poweredge and IBM Netfinity servers that house the file servers, Microsoft Exchange server, AVG anti-virus server and proxy server.
• Help maintain internet content and spam tracking devices connected to the network. These boxes are supported by ISBossBox.

• Maintained a network of 80 HP and Compaq computers and laptops, including repairs, upgrades and new installs
• Maintained LAN and WAN for the offices in Erie and Corry, PA
• Lead help desk for approx 80 users on Windows 2000 and XP, Office 2003, IE and other assorted programs
