I consider whatever role I take as a learning opportunity; my goal is to grow and improve continually, and I approach assignments with what they have to teach me in mind as much as their objectives. Living and growing up overseas has provided me with cultural experiences that help me understand and relate to people and work comfortably with teammates of different backgrounds, and it has also fueled my desire to learn more and to communicate with everyone I meet in the way that suits them best.
